Why can't I install TNAS PC application on some computers with Windows operating system?

Framework is required for installing TNAS PC application on Windows operating system. An installation failure of TNAS PC application will occur if no framework is found in the Windows operating system. In this case, please install framework 4.5 or higher version before installing TNAS PC application.TNAS PC only supports Win 7 OS or later version.
