What measures should be taken to address problems that may arise during use of D4-310/D2-310/D5-300C, such as failure of hard drive initialisation and formatting, failure of hard drive recognition by the computer, or data copying disruption?
The product should be reset following the steps: 1. Hard drives should be installed on TerraMaster DAS, after which the latter should be connected to the computer, and both TerraMaster DAS and the computer should be left powered on; 2. The RAID switch point should be rotated to the required RAID mode and application of the new RAID setting can be achieved by keeping the RESET button pressed for five seconds; the drives should be subsequently initialised and formatted in the computer's "disk management" interface; 3. The procedure should be carried out again twice if the problem persists.
