why are the HDD indicator lights red all the time and no way to install TOS?
This may be due to that there are non TerraMaster system files in the HDD’s and results in that the NAS cannot normally boot up. Please power off the NAS, take out the HDD’s and all the other external HDD’s or U disks attached to the NAS device, and then power on the NAS, wait for about 2 minutes, and install the HDD’s, after that, try to search the NAS device by the TNAS client software.
